Responsibilities

Your Mission

Take full ownership of a multi-country business portfolio (Hungary, Serbia) and play a key role in expanding SciEngineer’s footprint across the region.
This is a strategic + hands-on role where you’ll shape markets, influence decision-makers, and turn complex engineering solutions into measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a diverse industry portfolio across multiple countries
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and end users
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding both business and technical client needs
  • Identify and drive upsell & cross-sell opportunities (software, training, consultancy)
  • Generate new business in close collaboration with engineering & marketing teams
  • Represent SciEngineer as an industry expert, sharing insights, trends, and use cases
  • Translate advanced technologies into clear ROI-driven value propositions
  • Continuously develop your technical and market knowledge

Requirements:

  • University/College degree

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative product/service sales (B2B)

  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Fluency in English

  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with ownership mentality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Curiosity and openness to learn new technologies
  • True team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Engineering background is a plus

The Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience in the automotive or engineering sector

  • Background in software or technology sales

  • Technical degree (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Physics)

  • Familiarity with tools like MATLAB, Simulink, and COMSOL

  • Serbian language knowledge is an advantage
