The daily routine:

  • Take full responsibility for and provide end-to-end management of a business portfolio across various industries, covering the following countries: Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, and Albania.

  • Build and maintain long-term, effective relationships with customer decision-makers and end users.

  • Understand customers’ business and technical needs, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities (new products, training, consultation services).

  • Become a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in strong cooperation with the engineering and marketing teams.

  • Serve as an industry expert, providing industrial forecasts, collecting and sharing industry insights, and presenting case studies to clients to generate new market needs.

  • Continuously develop technical skills, monitor technological developments, and credibly represent them to customers.

The essentials:

  • University/College degree

  • 5+ years of experience in product and service sales, with a consultative sales approach

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

  • Proactive and results-oriented personality

  • Team player with a collaborative attitude

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong interest in learning new technologies

The nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in the automotive industry (engineering, sales, or marketing positions)

  • Experience in software or technology product/service sales

  • Technical degree (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Physics)

  • Knowledge of or user experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and COMSOL

  • Proficiency in Hungarian, Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian, or Romanian languages
