The job

Join the SciEngineer team as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) and become a key player in our growing sales organization. As an ISR, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying leads, to presenting solutions, to closing deals — all within our dynamic and collaborative inside sales division.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and wants to play a vital role in bringing cutting-edge engineering solutions to clients across 13 different industries.

The daily routine:

  • Manage qualified leads and develop deeper relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and propose customized solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, conduct negotiations, and close deals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore further opportunities.
  • Administer the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams.
  • Independently manage and close simpler incoming inquiries.
  • Build and maintain the client database.

The essentials:

  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in sales or customer service.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Interest in new technologies.
  • Engineering Degree required.

The nice-to-haves:

  • Hands-on experience with with MATLAB and Simulink software.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Highly advantageous: Knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Romanian, Croatian, Slovenian, or Serbian.
